These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BytePatch Technologies website and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging BytePatch Technologies ("BytePatch", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.
BytePatch provides web development, app development, cyber security and digital marketing services, as described on this website and detailed in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with each client. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are defined in that proposal, which prevails over general descriptions on this site.
Prices and the instant estimate shown on this website are indicative and provided in Indian Rupees (₹). They are not a binding offer. A final, binding quote is confirmed in writing after a discovery call, based on your actual requirements. Faster delivery options (e.g. Priority, Express or Urgent) are charged at the higher rate shown in the estimate. Third-party costs (e.g. advertising spend, app-store fees, licences, hosting) are billed separately or paid by you directly to the provider.
Payment terms (including any deposit, milestones and final payment) are set out in the applicable proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, work begins on receipt of the agreed deposit, and final deliverables are released on receipt of full payment.
Each engagement covers the scope agreed in the proposal. Requests outside that scope ("change requests") may affect the price and timeline and will be quoted separately before any additional work is carried out.
You agree to provide timely access to the content, accounts, approvals and information we need to deliver the work, and confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final, paid-for deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party or open-source components (which remain under their own licences) and our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how. Unless you request confidentiality, we may reference and display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing.
We treat your information as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share sensitive specifics. We will not disclose your confidential information except as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.
Whitepapers, briefings and other content published on this site (including our Research section) are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal, security or professional advice. Security testing is performed only with your prior written authorisation and within an agreed scope.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. No software or system can be guaranteed to be entirely error-free or impenetrable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BytePatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal. On termination, you agree to pay for all work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any dispute-resolution process set out in the applicable proposal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
